General terms and conditions of use

The terms and conditions below have been drawn up in relation to the Samsung Loyalty Points programme and apply to all participants:

  1. The Samsung Loyalty Points programme is strictly for the use of Samsung Service Employees (hereinafter referred to as 'Participants').
     For its development and management, Samsung has entered into a partnership with Touch Incentive Marketing (hereinafter referred to as 'Touch'). This party takes care of the management of the loyalty platform and the logistical processing of ordered items.
  2. Touch is responsible for the correct processing of mutations, texts and other adjustments relating to the Samsung Loyalty Points programme.
    Any suspicious or fraudulent behaviour by participants regarding the Samsung Loyalty Points programme will result in immediate suspension from participation. Samsung reserves the right to immediately exclude participants from participation without reason.
  3. Points are not transferable to other persons or third parties.
  4. Points are redeemable only for items as visible in the Samsung Loyalty Points programme's online savings range.
  5. Points are redeemable at least until the end of the Samsung Loyalty Points programme. Participants will be notified of this well in advance via this website and/or by email (provided that the participant's email address is known).

  13. As soon as an employee leaves employment or is no longer working for Teleperformance, from the date of leaving employment (the day after your last working day), the points saved can no longer be claimed. It is also no longer possible to redeem Points from that date.
  14. For enquiries about items in the savings range and the logistics process, among others, participants can contact the Samsung Loyalty Points programme helpdesk directly.
  15. Delivery of digital e-vouchers or e-tickets to the participant's address will take place on the basis of an e-voucher or e-ticket fulfilment process.
  16. Samsung and Touch are not liable for unforeseen changes in the savings range and/or the unavailability of items and/or any delay in the delivery of items.
  17. The offer of articles is valid while stocks last. Subject to typographical and/or printing errors in the brochure and product descriptions as well as changes in the articles, conditions and point values shown.
  18. Articles ordered will be issued to the participant. Any tax consequences of the promotion and other types of claims (from third parties) in connection with the items or this programme cannot be recovered from Samsung or Touch
  19. Virtually all items are subject to the supplier's customary warranty terms and conditions. Often the warranty terms and conditions are enclosed separately or are part of the original packaging. Some warranty certificates must be sent directly to suppliers in order to make a warranty claim. The recipient of the article is personally responsible for this. If one wishes to make use of the warranty or return an item, an e-mail or written letter, must be sent in advance to the Samsung Loyalty Points programme helpdesk.
  20. In the event of a dispute regarding the programme, the decision of Samsung's management shall be final.
  21. Neither during nor after the term of the programme will Samsung and/or Touch be liable for any damage, accident or consequential loss suffered by the participant through the Samsung Loyalty Points programme. Whatever the cause thereof.
  22. Samsung reserves the right, without reason, to discontinue the Samsung Loyalty Points programme and/or amend the rules, products and experiences and/or these terms and conditions.
  23. In addition to these terms and conditions, Samsung may impose other conditions. Participants have been or will be informed accordingly.
  24. Obtained and processed data will never (not during the term of the Samsung Loyalty Points programme nor afterwards) be used for purposes other than for the operation of the Samsung Loyalty Points programme.

Warranty

Virtually all articles are subject to the customary warranty terms and conditions. Often the warranty conditions are enclosed separately or are part of the original packaging. Some warranty certificates must be sent directly to suppliers in order to claim warranty. The recipient of the article is personally responsible for this. If you wish to make use of a guarantee scheme or return an article, we advise you to contact the helpdesk by e-mail or telephone.
