S-Loyaltypoints.nl processes privacy-sensitive data or personal data. Samsung Electronics Benelux B.V. attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected.

When using S-Loyalty Points, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. We will only store and use the personal data directly provided by you or of which it is clear, upon submission, that it is provided to us for processing. We will not use the personal data for other purposes unless you have given your prior consent or we are allowed or required to do so by law.  

We process the following data from you:

• Name
• Address
• City
• E-mail address
• Savings balance

Retention periods
Samsung does not retain data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy and cookie statement.

Newsletter
We may, if you have given your consent, contact you by e-mail and send you our newsletter. An unsubscribe option is included with every communication along these lines. 

Provision to third parties
The data you provide will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our services. We will not provide the provided data to other parties if you have not given your consent, unless required or permitted by law. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our services, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
